Wow!!!! The US Interests Section in Havana just posted a Huge electronic panel on the Fifth Floor with news, commentaries and information about the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. That's a very interesting, creative and productive idea in the fight against the totalitarian regime that controls all the mass media. Let's see the reaction of the Dictator.
